- Where do you keep my pet?
Both open and closed rooms available and can be allowed based on your choice and availability.
- What do you feed?
- In house feeding is based on Veterinary Dietician advice, with most ingredients homegrown inside the facility.
- Choice of Veg & Non-Veg diet as per the owner’s preference.
- Any kind of special diet needs to be provided by the owner.
- While giving specific food or treats, please give only sufficient until the period of boarding. Do not give extra.
- Timing of meals is strictly controlled by CTHK Management.
- Daily pet treats on the house. - How many times do you take my pet for a walk?
Mandatory pet walks, usually on One to One basis. Minimum of 3 times a day.
- Do you have Video call facility?
We can send one video per week on request. We will not be able to send videos daily as we accommodate 50 plus pets on every single. we will not be able to help the pets in different activities if we do video recording business.
- Will you keep my diseased pet?
Yes, any special case like medication, disease, allergies or female pets on heat etc. will be chargeable extra.
- Will my pet play with other pets?
If your pet is social and does not have any biting tendencies, pet will have lots of play time with other pets.
- Can I drop early in the morning?
- The usual Boarding time is from 10 AM to 10 AM the next day.
- Our Business Hours are from 10:00 AM TO 5:00 PM
- Lunch Hour is between 1 PM TO 2 PM
- Entry allowed only on prior appointment.

If you want to extend the existing boarding, let us know at least 2 days before the confirmed end date of boarding.
- Do you take care of pregnancy or delivery of our pet?
Yes, We take care of any special case like medication, disease, allergies, female pets on heat, pregnancy or delivery etc. will be chargeable extra.
- Does my pet loose or gain weight?
Our feeding and exercise are designed for different kinds of pets. Please make sure to inform us what to do fat or thin. We can do accordingly but will be charges extra.
- Is my pet safe when it is on heat?
Absolutely safe. We give more care for the pets on heat.
- Do you do breeding and mating?
We do not do breeding or mating. If you need such service, we can assist or redirect you to a good customer or a breeder.
- Do you keep other animals for boarding apart from dogs?
No, at present we are giving services only for Dogs.
- What are the pre-checks before boarding?
Medical Needs
1. Deworming (Every 3 Months)
2. Anti Rabies (Yearly Once)
3. 7 in 1 or 9 in 1 (Yearly Once)
4. Bravecto (Anti Tick must)
5. Kennel Cough (Optional)
Ours shelter is a very large open area and totally a natural environment. So kindly make sure of the above medication with your Vet at least 3 days before boarding your pet with us. If you are not able to find time or vet appointment, please let us know so that we can provide the medication. This is for the safety of the pet only. - Does my pet get ticks?
Our kennel is a natural open area with lots of plants and trees where pets play freely. There are chances of getting ticks. But to our surprise, none of our customers complained about ticks till now as they have followed the pre-checks before boarding the pet with us.
- Do you do vaccination at your place?
Yes, We are at present associated with four veterinarians very close to us and are available 24/7 on call for providing medical services.
- What if I come 1 or 2 days before boarding is complete?
There will not be any refund. So please plan the dates properly and then do the bookings.
- Can I extend the boarding if needed?
Yes, you can extend the boarding. But you need to inform 2 days before for us to make it possible.
- How many days can I keep my pet for boarding?
Your pet can be with us until 3 years before its lifespan. If it is having any problem, then we need to see the health condition and then decide the duration of the boarding. Anyhow, we have the facility to take care of the pet until its last breath.
- Do you handle old aged pets?
Yes, but if it has any problem, then we need to see the health condition and then decide the duration of the boarding. Anyhow, we have the facility to take care of the pet until its last breath.
- Can you handle pets with tick fever?
Yes, we have separate rooms for the pets with diseases. We take proper care with all the medications prescribed by the vet.
- Do you give training while boarding?
Yes, training always depends on lots of factors related to breed, age, gender, training need, aggressiveness and others. Discuss with us and get proper guidance.
- Can you handle my aggressive pet?
During the hard times, we have learnt a lot of things. We are experts in handling highly aggressive dogs. Our experience helps the pet to love us as it comes inside the kennel. Please note that we never hurt dogs in any means.
- Are the pets left alone?
It will be a yes and a no because we have to see the pets mentality and then decide. If it is not social with other pets, then we will keep in a separate room to be alone which is good for the pet. Otherwise the pets are always free off leash and gets lots of time to enjoy their vocation.
- Does my pet have insurance?
We do not have any insurance as you the pet owner will not be able to bare the extra charge.
- Do you use my pet for any other purpose?
No, we do not do any kind of business with your pet.
- Do you share or publish my pet's photos or videos?
Yes, we will share to the social media and also to other customers who wants to know about us.
- Do you share our photos with anyone?
We will not share any of your personal photos with anyone without your permission. If we find a good photo or video of your which will be benefitted to our new customer, then we request you to give permission. If you say YES, then we use it or else we will never share.
- Who will send us the photos and videos taken at the kennel?
You will be in touch with only one staff member. That member will be responsible for your pet and its services.
- Can I share kennel photos to others?
Yes, you can share to anyone for a good purpose.
- We love our pet a lot. How do you care?
We are pet lovers too. We promise that we never hurt your pet by any means for any purpose. We give lots and loads of love. You will get to know only when you see our videos of your pet with us.
- My pet tries to escape. Can you handle?
It is always better for the pet that you inform us about its problems well before boarding. We have secured the place and also have the 24/7 CCTV monitoring system.
- How do you handle my pet's separation anxiety?
We maintain a structured daily routine to help your pet feel more at ease. Regular feeding, playtime, and rest periods help establish a sense of predictability.
- Do you provide any complimentary grooming during the boarding?
Yes, Free shower for pets scheduled to board with us for more than 10 days.
- I know my pet is vaccinated but I can't find the records. What to do?
Your pet will be treated as a diseased one. Meaning, it will not play with other pets and will not be off leash on walks. No play times. We are not responsible for any health issues of the pet during or after the stay.
- What do you do if my pet is continuously shouting?
We will try to give it as much time as possible and ensure that we do not ruin the schedule of all other pets.
- What proofs do you need from us?
- A Photo of the pet with the owner.
- Clear snapshot of your valid ID Card.
- Clear snapshot of your Address Proof.
- Snapshots of the latest Vaccination Records.
- Booking confirmation with dates.
